  1. To place an order through the Shop it is necessary to go to the website, log into your Customer Account, make a choice of items by specifying their number, and then take the next steps based on the information given on the website.
  2. The number of ordered items of is at all times visible in the upper right corner of the website (Cart). The number of products and their net value are visible in the Shopping Cart. The amount indicated there does not include VAT or the delivery costs.
  3. After adding all chosen products to the cart, you will see the summary of your order. Please note that you can only modify the contents of your cart until you click the "Place order now” button.
  4. To complete and send the order it is necessary to press the "Place order now” button.
  5. Sending the order constitutes the purchase offer submitted to SCHWUNG HOME by you.
  6. Upon sending the order you will receive an e-mail confirming that SCHWUNG HOME has registered your order and accepted the offer. Information about your order will be included in that email.
  7. The order must be confirmed by clicking "Confirm your order" within the email.

You can change, cancel or confirm your order after receiving an “Order placement” email. To changeor cancel the order you will be redirected to the login page and after logging in - to the order content,where appropriate changes can be made. You must confirm the final order by pressing the button "Confirm your order". After that you will no longer be able to modify your order.

More What is the standard lead time?

The manufacturing time is up to 6 weeks for European Customers (completing the orders placed during the M&O market may take up to 12 weeks) and 16 weeks for US customers counting from the date when the deposit payment was received to SCHWUNG HOME account. However, the shipping time differs based on the delivery address. SCHWUNG HOME Customer Service Team always works closely with our Customers to estimate the actual total lead time individually for each order.

After you have become an established SCHWUNG HOME customer, there is no MOQ at Feel free to choose whatever you like in the quantities that you need.

Our US customers are requested to place a minimum first order of 3000 $ for stocking dealers and 1000 $ for non-stocking dealers. No minimums for reorders.

Customers from the US, Canada and Mexico:

After you placed an order, our Customer Service Team will contact you regarding the deposit payment, shipping costs and available payment methods. We require the following advance deposit payment:

  • in the amount of 50% of the value of the Order for every first order,
  • in the amount of 30% of the value of the Order for every subsequent order.

Customers outside of US, Canada and Mexico:

Upon fixing the delivery costs of the order with our Customer Service Team, you will receive a "Shipping costs confirmed, awaiting deposit" e-mail and a pro forma invoice that includes the shipping costs. To start the order production, you should pay an advance:

  • in the amount of 50% of the value of the Order (50% of the amount indicated in the pro-forma invoice) for every first order,
  • in the amount of 30% of the value of the Order (50% of the amount indicated in the pro-forma invoice) for every subsequent order.

The advance payment must be made within 10 working days from the date of the above e-mail receipt.

All our products are carefully checked before packing and we want to be sure that they are delivered as intact to our customers.

In particularly justified cases, when the return of goods is necessary please contact our Customer Service Team to settle the return conditions.
